Mindfulness for children and parents

At Mindful Magic we provide easy, fun and mindful tools that teach children and parents, how to effectively focus, breathe and simply be. It doesn’t matter if your child is a cheeky, noisy wriggler or a quiet, non-talking teenager.

Through the classes, we can learn to have a deeper acceptance, calm and clarity for life.

We look at the Mindful Magic 5 spells, Breathe, Move, Focus,Create, Meditate

Each session has a theme and we breathe and create around that theme, talking, discussing, being and feeling. You can join in as much or as little as you want. 

I want to help parents and children from toddler to teens, using easy fun mindfulness based techniques to find your inner you.

So that you can uncover that joy, to effectively focus, breathe and simply be you. 

I have recently completed a further Mindfulness diploma, and a L2 CACHE certificate on chilrens and young peoples mental health. I am currently studying a second L2 certificate in Understanding Autism.
